Forge Studio was engaged by BONYAN to support the digital marketing campaign for Mansard in collaboration with SOD. Our role focused on creating high-quality video and photography assets, forming the creative foundation for a successful lead generation strategy.

Designed by Carr Architecture, Mansard is a contemporary interpretation of the historic mansard roof. This boutique development includes 16 residences, designed with attention to their surroundings and architectural detail.

Our objective was to highlight Mansard’s architecture and luxury finishes through considered framing. Internally, we focused on capturing how light interacts with the spaces, showing its effect through the large windows and skylights. Externally, we showcased the structure’s vertical design and distinctive façade.

The development features extensive brickwork, ocean travertine, and private terraces, creating a sense of luxury and privacy on Toorak Road, Kooyong. These elements were presented clearly in our visual assets to appeal to potential buyers and enhance the campaign’s effectiveness.

Our work provided BONYAN and SOD with the visual materials needed to generate interest and leads for Mansard. The campaign effectively communicated the project’s design and quality to prospective buyers.
