Placemaking vision for the Moorabbin Activity Centre
Engaged by Ryancorp to support the planning permit process, Forge Studio was tasked with producing a video showcasing the placemaking vision for the Moorabbin Activity Centre, in which Ryancorp holds a 34% stake.
An understanding of strategic urban planning and design was instrumental. The project units developers, architects, planners, and economists to craft a cohesive narrative highlighting Moorabbin's potential as a vibrant, high-density hub.
The video emphasised key elements of the redevelopment, including housing density, affordability, economic growth, and community design.
